Where will my driver meet me at Gatwick?
If you add meet & greet, your driver waits in the arrivals hall of your terminal holding a sign with your name. Without it, they'll call or text when you land to arrange where to meet.
What if I'm not sure which Gatwick terminal I'm using?
Your airline's booking or check-in confirmation shows the terminal. Choose your best guess when you book. If it turns out to be different, contact us and we'll update your booking.
Is Gatwick parking included in the price?
Yes. Any airport parking or drop-off charge is already in the price you see before you pay.
What if my flight is delayed?
